Fantayjah is a seasoned professional who is adept in consulting, facilitating, and advocating for human trafficking victims and survivors. Her impactful work involves agency collaboration, education, and feedback. Acknowledged with awards and certificates, Fantayjah is dedicated to enhancing her expertise by providing housing, wellness, job readiness services and through inspiring positive change.

Daniel Ramirez, Vice Chair for HYFLA and an honorary member of the Away Home America board, holds an associate's degree in General Science, Social Science, and Cinema and Television Production. With expertise in media, including photo and video editing, social media publication, and over six years of search engine optimization experience, Daniel collaborates with nonprofits, such as Twinspire, to create content for at-risk youth. His passion for creating media content helps organizations serving at-risk youth of the following populations; Foster Care youth, Queer, Black & POC, and low-income youth.

Caitlin Schaefer, the secretary for the Homeless Youth Forum of Los Angeles, is pursuing a psychology degree at LA Community College. A lifelong Los Angeles resident, Caitlin brings personal experience from the foster care system and homelessness expertise. She is dedicated to fostering change and championing improvements in the youth homelessness system, collaborating with her peers to be an effective advocate for positive transformation.

Aaminah Parker, a member of the HYFLA board of secretaries, is a student majoring in Theatre Performing Arts with a minor in Africana Studies. Her passion for making a substantial impact on issues close to her heart has led her to gain experience in advocacy and policy-making. Aaminah's connection with the Black Resource Center has been pivotal in assisting CSUDH students in acquiring essential resources. Her ongoing commitment is to create a positive transformation that benefits her community and leaves a legacy.

Iziaih Choquette is a passionate humanitarian with expertise in Youth Services, Formerly Incarcerated individuals, Communities of Color, and the LGBTQIA+ community. They serve on three boards focusing on youth homelessness, the BIPOC community, and the LGBTQ+ community while pursuing studies in Sociology and Korean Language and Culture at Los Angeles City College. Iziaih's life experiences as Black, Queer, Non-Binary, and Homeless have shaped their dedication to advocacy. Currently, as Co-Chairperson of HYFLA, Co-Founder of SPA 4 YASC, and a member of the Point Source Youth YAC, Iziaih aims to create a more inclusive youth homelessness system where youth experience just 2 to 4 hours of housing insecurity, supported by a thriving ecosystem of resources.

Alexis Obinna is a dynamic social innovator with a decade of experience in advocacy and policy within the child welfare system. She's dedicated her life to addressing pressing societal challenges, from social and racial justice to housing, education, and foster youth issues, impacting various communities. As an independent contractor and businesswoman, her visionary leadership has earned recognition as a trailblazer in social work. Alexis' ability to inspire and mobilize diverse teams has sparked lasting change, leaving a legacy of hope and progress for vulnerable populations.

Jasper is currently a HYFLA member with a special interest in Education, Employment, and Housing Justice issues in the LA area. He has experience with the YHDP grant, completed relevant coursework during a bachelor's degree in psychology, and has lived experience in the LA area. He plans to contribute to efforts at improving the living conditions of LA homeless, at-risk and lived-experience youth as long as there remains a problem.

Jennifer Myers is a trailblazing advocate dedicated to building upon her strength as a mother of three and survivor of both the foster care system and the homeless system. As resident of South LA, she values social justice, advocating for parents and peers alike. Jennifer is volunteer for over 4 organizations involving youth empowerment and has helped 现金娱乐网注册 in its development of YHDP initiatives.
